AlgoSweden Studio Licence Terms
Effective date: 15 July 2026 Last updated: 15 July 2026
These terms govern your subscription to AlgoSweden Studio at app.algosweden.se. They apply together with our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and AI-Generated Code Disclaimer. If these Studio Licence Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service on a Studio-specific point, these terms prevail. AlgoSweden is the trading name of Majed Tamim (see the Terms of Service, section 1) — your subscription agreement is with Majed Tamim personally.
1. The licence we grant you
For the duration of your subscription and subject to these terms, AlgoSweden grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use Studio in accordance with your plan.
Your plan determines your entitlements. The current plans are:
| Entitlement | Starter — €29/month | Studio — €59/month | Studio Team — €149/month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Projects | 1 | 10 | 50 |
| AI generations per month | 20 | 400 | 2 000 |
| Sandbox minutes per month | 60 | 1 200 | 6 000 |
| Team seats | 1 | 1 | 10 |
| Private projects | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Source export | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| GitHub export | — | Yes | Yes |
| Premium templates | — | — | Yes |
| Human engineering hours | — | — | 2 h/month |
| Priority support | — | — | Yes |
Prices exclude VAT. Any tax that Stripe is configured and legally required to collect is shown before payment; AlgoSweden must not claim or charge VAT until the relevant registration is active. The published plan page at algosweden.se/en/pricing always states the current entitlements and forms part of these terms. Features marked as unavailable or in rollout inside the product (for example a visibly disabled export integration) become part of your entitlement when they are enabled — we do not charge separately for their activation within your plan.
2. What you own: generated code and your content
- You own the code generated in your projects. As between you and AlgoSweden, all right, title, and interest in code generated in Studio at your instruction, and in content you upload, belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it.
- Third-party model terms. Generated output is produced using a third-party AI model provider (currently Anthropic, routed through our AI infrastructure — see the Data Processing Overview). To the extent we receive any rights in generated output under the model provider's terms, we pass them through to you in full.
- Our licence to operate. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and back up your content and generated code solely to provide the service to you.
- No training on your content. AlgoSweden does not use your prompts, projects, or generated code to train AI models, and does not permit its model providers to do so beyond what their commercial API terms allow for providing and securing the service. The provider positions are summarised in the Data Processing Overview.
3. What you may not do with the platform
You may use Studio to build and ship your own products, including commercial products. You may not:
- resell, rent, lease, or white-label the Studio platform itself, or offer it as a service to third parties;
- share one seat among multiple people, or circumvent seat, project, generation, or compute limits;
- reverse engineer the platform except where the law expressly permits;
- use the service in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
Exported source code is yours — the restriction above applies to the platform, not to what you build with it.
4. Fair use and rate limits
Plan entitlements are backed by technical rate limits and a fair-use principle: usage patterns that materially exceed what the plan is designed for (for example automated bulk generation far beyond normal interactive use, or sustained sandbox load that degrades service for other customers) may be throttled. We will contact you about a suitable plan before restricting a good-faith account. Current technical limits are documented in the Rate Limits notice.
5. Fees, renewal, and cancellation
- Fees, billing periods, and current prices are shown at checkout and on the plan page. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account settings or through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal. If you do not accept a price change, cancel before it takes effect.
6. Refunds and the consumer right of withdrawal
- Consumers (EU/Swedish law): if you subscribe as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lagen om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler). At checkout you expressly request that the service starts immediately; if you withdraw within the 14-day period, you pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided up to the point you told us you were withdrawing, and we refund the rest. To withdraw, email majed.tamim@algosweden.se — a plain statement that you withdraw is enough, and you may (but do not have to) use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).
- Business users: fees are non-refundable except where these terms or mandatory law provide otherwise.
- If we permanently discontinue Studio, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
7. Suspension
We may suspend access, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary:
- for serious or repeated breaches of the Acceptable Use Policy (following the enforcement ladder described there, except in urgent cases);
- for non-payment, after notice and a reasonable opportunity to pay;
- to address a security incident, legal requirement, or serious risk to the platform or other customers.
We will limit suspensions in scope and duration to what is necessary and, where lawful and practical, give you notice and a chance to remedy the issue first.
8. Termination
- By you: cancel at any time as described in section 5.
- By us: we may terminate for material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of notice, for repeated AUP violations, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue Studio, we will give at least 60 days' notice.
- On termination, your licence to use Studio ends. Sections that by their nature survive (ownership of your code, liability, disputes) survive.
9. Your data on exit: 30-day export window
- For 30 days after your subscription ends (whatever the reason, except where the law prohibits it), you can export your projects, source code, and associated data using the built-in export tools, or request an export from us at majed.tamim@algosweden.se.
- After the 30-day window, we delete your content data from production systems, with residual copies removed from backups in the ordinary backup cycle. Billing records are retained as required by law (see the Privacy Policy).
10. Service changes
We continuously develop Studio and may add, change, or retire features. If a change materially reduces the core functionality of your paid plan, we will notify you in advance, and you may cancel with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused period.
11. Liability and disclaimers
The disclaimers and liability provisions of the Terms of Service apply, including the consumer carve-outs. Generated code is provided subject to the AI-Generated Code Disclaimer.
12. Governing law and disputes
As set out in the Terms of Service: Swedish law; Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) for business users; mandatory consumer forums and rights unaffected for consumers.
